I am a diviner and facilitator who helps people access their deep wisdom, root into their personal power, and stay connected to the living world around them.

I have an interdisciplinary graduate degree from Naropa University in Environmental Justice and Buddhist Divinity. My work in the world is guided by values I hold dear: liberation, abolition, wonder, the importance of elemental & ancestral connection, embracing paradox, witnessing alchemy, and interdependence.

I weave together elemental-based ritual, contemplative practices, and power-consciousness to cultivate conflict positivity rooted deep in personal & collective care. I love guiding people into more liberated, embodied relationships with themselves, each other, and the Earth.

You’ll often find me outside, laying on the ground sky-gazing, deeply listening to the wisdom of the wild.
